The Aria Hybrid Firm Mattress ships directly the factory and usually takes about 7 to 14 business days to arrive. Delivery times may vary based on circumstances including but not limited to things like factory demand, holidays, or severe weather.

Roll Pack Mattresses should be opened and expanded within 60 days after it arrives, otherwise it will no longer be covered by the factory warranty. Check the Warranty information card that comes with your mattress for complete warranty information.

When your order arrives please inspect the package for signs of damage. Do NOT open the package if there is any severe damage, especially signs of water damage. Please contact the store as soon as possible to report any issues so we can make arrangements for a replacement.

Factory Direct mattresses are built to order when I recieve payment and submit the order to the factory. These orders can be cancelled and refunded as long as the mattress has not started production at the factory. Once the mattress is in production it may be returned after you receive it and ship it to my store. Roll Pack Mattresses cannot be returned once they have been expanded. Customers are responsible for shipping fees.
